My IRA Hero ("we," "us," or "our") provides retirement, 401(k) rollover, lifetime income, life insurance, long-term care, college funding, tax, and estate planning education and services to families in California, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, and Ohio. This policy applies to myirahero.com and the request forms linked from it.

• Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or state, age range, household and asset information, retirement or college funding goals, and anything else you enter into our Retirement Income Score Assessment, College Funding Analysis Questionnaire, or consultation requests.
• Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view on this site.
• Communication records. Emails, text messages, call notes, and appointment history related to your request.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not collect Social Security numbers or account numbers through this website.

• To prepare and deliver your Retirement Income Score, College Funding Analysis, or tax analysis.
• To contact you by email, phone, and text message about your request and to schedule your consultation.
• To send educational content, planning reminders, and event or webinar invitations.
• To match you with appropriate carriers, licensed professionals, and product options.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website, and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated companies for their own independent marketing.

To deliver the services you request, we share information with third parties who work on our behalf or with us, including:

• Service providers — customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery, form hosting, scheduling, analytics, and website hosting vendors.
• Insurance carriers and financial institutions — when you ask us to obtain a quote, illustration, or transfer paperwork.
• Affiliated and cooperating professionals — licensed insurance agents, investment professionals, CPAs and tax professionals, and estate planning law firms we work with on your case.
• Legal and regulatory recipients — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

Affiliate communications disclosure. Some emails, text messages, and calls you receive may come from these third-party affiliates, licensed agents, carriers, or cooperating professionals rather than directly from My IRA Hero. Messages sent on our behalf will identify the sender. You can opt out of any of them at any time using the methods in Section 5.

These parties are permitted to use your information only to provide the requested service and to communicate with you about it — not to resell it.

By submitting a form on this site or providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, emails, and autodialed or prerecorded text messages from My IRA Hero and the affiliates described in Section 4 at the number and address you provide, including for marketing purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

If you did not provide your number to us and are receiving messages, reply STOP or contact us and we will remove it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your light/dark display preference, and understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy insurance, tax, and other legal recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send account numbers or Social Security numbers by email or through web forms.

Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA/CPRA) — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise a right, email privacy@myirahero.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time your state's law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority.

Our assessment and questionnaire forms may be hosted by third-party providers (for example, Google Forms or our CRM). Information you enter there is also governed by that provider's privacy policy. Links to outside sites such as irs.gov or ssa.gov are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
