Our fiduciary commitment

Get it in writing: the Fiduciary Pledge.

We only refer you to Retirement Experts who are obligated to act as a fiduciary at all times — legally bound to put your interests first on every single recommendation. Each one must also be willing to give you a written Fiduciary Pledge: a signed legal statement confirming that obligation to you.

What your Expert commits to

Much retirement advice is held only to a suitability standard: a recommendation has to be appropriate, not necessarily the best available to you. The pledge raises that bar and puts it on paper.

  • Act as a fiduciary at all times — your interests ahead of theirs and their firm's.
  • Base every recommendation on your goals and circumstances, not on their compensation.
  • Disclose in writing how they are paid, including commissions and third-party compensation.
  • Disclose any conflict of interest before you act on the advice.
  • Explain costs, risks, surrender and liquidity terms, and the realistic alternatives — including doing nothing.
  • Keep your information confidential unless you authorize otherwise.
  • Tell you plainly when your current plan and current advisors already serve you well.
  • Honor the pledge for as long as they advise you, and re-send a signed copy on request.
If an Expert will not put this in writing, we will not refer you to them. That is the whole test.
Tele-WealthVirtual & Phone Appointments

Your Expert can sign the pledge and send it back electronically before your Zoom or phone call — nothing needs to be mailed or signed in person.

Three steps

1

Download the pledge

One page, plain English, with signature lines for your Expert and for you. No email required to read it.

2

Book your free 15-minute call

Tell us where to send the confirmation and pick a time. Your Expert is briefed before the call starts.

3

Ask them to sign it

Say: "Please sign the Fiduciary Pledge." Your Expert signs it before any recommendation is made — no exceptions.

Request the signed pledge on your call

Reserve a free 15-minute Tele-Wealth call. Tell us to send the pledge ahead of time and your Expert arrives with it signed and ready to review — no pitch, no obligation.

Step 1 of 2 · about 40 seconds

Tell us where to send your confirmation.

Then the calendar opens with your details filled in. The four optional questions below are what let your Expert prepare instead of interviewing you for the first ten minutes.

Free, no obligation. We never sell your information.

Our fiduciary commitment

We only refer you to Retirement Experts who are obligated to act as a fiduciary at all times — legally bound to put your interests ahead of their own on every single recommendation they make to you.

Every Expert we refer must also be willing to give you a written Fiduciary Pledge — a signed legal statement confirming that duty to you in writing. If an Expert will not put it in writing, we will not refer you to them. Just ask for it on your call.
